Facilities
The Nature of Balance’s facilities strive to be amongst the best in the industry. As a guest of the centre we cater to your every need, with all services located on the premises and a variety of products, including Chinese Herbs, Herbal Tea Blends, Meditation products, Vitamins and Supplements and Books and CDs.
Location
The centre is conveniently located just outside the Melbourne CBD, off the famous fashion and café district of Chapel Street. Our entry is via Grosvenor Street (71A), just next to KUSH café.
Staff
All of our staff have extensive experience in their relevant fields and have been selected by the centre to provide the highest level of service. We are constantly undergoing training and education on new techniques both locally and internationally to constantly provide you with a high quality treatment.
Parking
Parking can be found either in Grosvenor Street or directly on Chapel Street. There is also a longer term parking centre located 1 minute from the centre at Kings Parking, 32 MacFarlan Street with low flexible rates from half hour to all day apply.
Reservations
A 25% deposit or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.
Suggested attire
Choose comfortable clothing. Underwear is required for all treatments.
Arrival time
For you to enjoy the full value of your Nature of Balance visit and not be hurried as well as enjoy a calming therapeutic tea prior to your session we suggest that you to arrive at least 10 minutes before commencement of your treatment.
Products
All products utilised at the centre and provided for purchase are of the highest quality to achieve outstanding results. The Chinese Herbs, Tea, and Supplements have all been selected from around the world to complement our unique services.
Arriving late
We encourage you to plan your visit carefully, as all treatments conclude at the scheduled time.
Cancellation policy
When you schedule or cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice otherwise a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.
Gift vouchers
To provide your family and friends with the Nature of Balance experience we provide convenient gift vouchers for all our treatments. Purchases can be made in the centre or by phone. Vouchers will be sent to you.
Corporate Wellness programs
We offer an extensive range of corporate or executive wellness packages individually designed to address the specific needs of today's business people.
Payment
Cash, EFTPOS and major cards accepted. Credit card surcharges apply. A 10% public holiday surcharge applies.
Opening hours
10am till late, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
Private Health Cover
All of our practicioners are covered by Private Health Cover, enabling you to make claims on most treatments.
