Yes, I am so proud of you Tilly*
Tilly is a very pretty 30 year old lady I met 9 months ago on our first consultation. I asked Tilly this one very important question, “what would you like if there were no limitations?”
Tilly pondered this question and replied:
“I want to be comfortable and happy in my own skin.”
“I need to reduce my weight by 10kg.”
“Connect with a career path so that I can fulfill my desire to be of service to others.”
So we spoke about diet, exercise and mental space. I planted the seed of a weight reduction protocol which is calorie controlled, effective and guarantees you will lose 9 kg of visceral fat in 21 days.
A few months went past and still the weight was not moving. Tilly asked me about the protocol and I explained to her you need to be 100% committed. You will reduce fat by 200-400 grams daily.
You also need to detoxify your household, washing detergents, personal care products such as toothpaste, moisturizers, shampoo, conditioner, shaving gel and make up.
Forty days later, I saw Tilly at an event and it was like meeting a new person. Her skin is glowing; she has dropped 3 dress sizes and is smiling again. She looks glamorous and I can see her inner happiness shining through.
I met with Tilly yesterday and she has confirmed all 3 of her wishes have been granted! Tilly has just enrolled into a nutrition course, she has lost the 10kg and life is good!
In our last consult, it was time to dream a new list of dreams.
If you could have anything, what would that be?
