Our Sanctuary
Living Retreat will be held in Bali, at an intimate and picturesque resort
fifteen minutes from Ubud, the perfect backdrop to this deeply insightful and
transformative five day residential retreat.
On this journey we will uncover learning tools and healing techniques to use on
yourself and others. We will unlock the tools of manifestation within and
remind ourselves to continue to create the life we love.
Retreat Fee: $2200
(Includes accommodation twin share, hotel transfers, course, breakfast &
lunch. Excludes flights and visa charges)

It started with a dream........
What if we gave women permission to take time out for themselves?
Not just a gym class or a trip to the hairdressers, but real time away. Away from the phone, laptop, housework, from kids, husbands, work pressures, and that never ending list of things to do.
An escape in every way....time to recharge and revive. Get fit, clear your head and have a ball with like minded women and return as a better mum, friend, work colleague, wife or girlfriend.
We want to make that dream a reality for 12 lucky chicks who decide to come on the first "Surf Angels" trip.
Our goal is simple, we will take care of everything, all we need is that you clear a week in October, and on your return, you are refreshed, revived and feel empowered by the amazing benefits of surfing and yoga, healthy food, quality sleep and well earned pampering, all in the luxurious surroundings of your Villa in Changu, Bali. Changu is 10 minutes from Seminyak, for those in the know, a stunning part of Bali, on the beach.
Surf Angels is an organisation that runs surf/yoga retreats in stunning parts of the world for busy women of all ages, who want great travel, who want to look and feel fit and invigorated, but who are just too busy to organise it!
Ironically Surf Angels was started by two very busy Mums who have 6 children between them who decided that they wanted to share the joys of surfing and yoga and who know all too well, how hard it is to put yourself first.
Our first trip which is already heavily subscribed is being run in Bali from the 17th to 24th of October.
The trip will include:
- 7 nights accommodation in a stunning Villa (being finalised) for example http://www.villamelissabali.com/index.html - daily surf lessons by instructors customised to your level
- Daily yoga sessions
- Healthy, fresh, chef cooked meals
- Deluxe spa treatments (you get to choose)
- A couple of fun nights out!
All of this will cost a total of $2,500 (excluding airfares and the night out).

For those that have never tried surfing, it is the most fun you can have with your clothes/bikini on! It's not about how well you surf, or how long you've been practicing yoga it's about how it makes you feel, and what it can help you achieve, both physically and mentally.....you've got to try it to believe it.
Leading up to the trip the Surf Angels will meet rain, hail or shine on Wednesday and Thursday mornings at North Bondi at 9am sharp.
We have also negotiated a great deal with 'let's go surfing' for some beginner lessons in the lead up from August 1st if you wish to kick start your surfing after winter hibernation.
So what next?
1. Lock in these dates, and start looking at airfares with Trish (budget roughly $900)
2. The first deposit of $500 will be required by 15th of July The remaining $2,000 by 15th of August
3. Start preparing your loved ones and calling in your support/ annual leave etc, move mountains.....so you can make this happen and join us.

Creating the Life I Want Now

This workshop is
designed to be active in our co-creation of life by:
- Choosing an area of life that you would like to have a breakthrough or shift in attraction.
- Being active in applying tools of decision, choice, focus and responsibility.
- Keeping your vibration high and in alignment with what you would like to create.
- Being present and using behaviours that match our set of attraction with what it is that we are wanting to create in our lives now.
- We are also given the opportunity to clear what it is that we are choosing that is different to what it is that we are truly wanting.

Classes will be 2 hours on Mondays and the Workshop includes 4 private 1 hour session with Carolina so that anything that may come up during the workshop can be cleared.
